This project is a Residential Building located on Normandy Isle in Miami. The project is designed to accommodate elderly residents, so accessibility throughout the site was critical. We incorporated a system of prefabricated shipping containers combined into both residential units and indoor/outdoor shared spaces. Overall, the building embodies a modern sense of the classic art deco and local architectural languages with a focus on sustainability and biophilic design principles.
