This project is an upgrade to the lobby and common spaces on the ground floor of the Holtec Center. Simplicity is the key design element with this interior improvement project. The wood  seating element is a functional and inviting first impression that also creates opportunities for casual social interactions in a once barren lobby hallway. The white walls and perforated metal ceilings create a modern feeling of cleanliness that pairs nicely with the beautiful porcelain floors.
