Workplaces at The Press is the newly renovated lobby/common area for the tenants in 2751 S Dixie Highway that elevates the co-working experience. The previous Palm Beach Post building now houses various companies that need a casual space to relax or to meet up with clients. The inviting common area provides a multitude of amenities, including private meeting areas, chilled liquor storage and casual congregation space.

 

The suspended reclaimed wood brings warmth to the space, and the high walls serve as a blank canvas for local artists to shine. While working with the Client, two versions emerged:

 

Design Option 1: an inviting social stair

Design Option 2: private meeting pods.

 

 Both options show the spatial flexibility with an efficient layout and interactive design!
